Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation, especially if you have kids. Check in and check out was very straight forward and Olga was a great help.
We stayed at this beautiful villa in august 2021. We booked it last minute but kari was very helpful and responsive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We have a very young family
with three children and the villa was extremely clean and spacious with lots of room for them to run around. The pool is a great size and we loved playing in it every day. Would definitely recommend
this place to stay!

Have just returned from this gorgeous villa! Everything you could need or want you will find here. Close to restaurants a small beach and the local supermarket or a short taxi ride to (euros7) a
beach with water sports and more shops restaurants and bars. The villa offers space and when it is too hot around the gorgeous pool you can pop inside and chill in the front room. If you have kids
there is a local water park splash and slide this was great fun! Our first time in Portugal and we were not disappointed. Only regret was we didn’t book for longer! Would definitely return. Karli was
always at the end of the phone if needed which was reassuring.

Vila Videira is a wonderful well equipped place to stay with everything you can possibly want catered for. As two families of 4 we all had plenty of space plus our own bathrooms which was extremely
helpful, not to mention the washing machine which got used and all the washing powder was provided. A large pool with plenty of sunbeds and plenty of seating if you wanted to escape the sun. We had a
lovely few evenings cooking outside on the BBQ and walked to the local restaurants and beach. We had an amazing 2 weeks staying here and was sad to leave, we will hopefully be back again! Thank you

Fantastisk hus med mye plass inne og ute. Spesielt bassengområdet og alle uteplassene er flotte. Stille og rolig m ca 5-6 min å gå til fin strand, 10 min til stort supermarked og 3-4 lokale
restauranter og 15 min å gå til byen. Vil virkelig anbefale dette huset!

Blei et minne for livet opphold. Størrelsen og kvaliteten på hus og uteområdet var over all forventning og bassenget var stort nok i massevis
Må samtidig få berømme den service som ble utført når ting skjer�Raskt og effektivt response og god og hyggelig dialog med huseiere�

Superfin feriebolig med alle fasiliteter (flott have og svømmebasseng, baderom til alle soverom, flere fine solplassser,) vi savnet ingenting. Sentral beliggenhet i rolig villastrøk med kort vei til
strand, restauranter og butikk. Passer for storfamilien eller vennegjengen. Takk for en fin ferie uke.

certainly recommend, great find.

Thank you for a fantastic week. Location is superb if you prefer silence i.e. it's only silence to listen to. The kitchen is EXTREMLY WELL EQUIPT.
On a rating from 1 -10 we are rating it at 10.

We stayed at Vila Videira for a week there were 7 adults, the villa provided us with loads of space it is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine by the pool which was was very clean and well
kept, the villa is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay, it is exactly as described on the site, the owners were very helpful from the start of booking our stay till we
arrived they answered any questions that we had very quickly and we would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and family.

August 26th - September 2nd, 2018
This villa is superb and we had a wonderful stay. Kari (owner) was always in touch efficiently to answer any issues we might have had. The villa itself has lots of space for couples to have their own
privacy and 4 bathrooms was a real help. There is an abundance of outside seating space which gives the villa a sense of privacy. There is a local beach about 10 mins walk away which is small and
private and we loved going there. Only downside could be the lack of immediate amenities but 15 mins away is a supermarket and some restaurants. We decided to get a hire car in the end as we felt
slightly isolated. Really, really good villa and would highly recommend.

7.-14. juli 2018 hadde vi gleden av å leie Vila Videira. Et herlig sted med kort avstand til supermarked, stor landsby og flotte strender.
Huset hadde alle nødvendige fasiliteter og selv om vi var 10 personer i huset, manglet vi ikke noe.
Vila Videira er et praktfullt hus med store, rene og luftige rom og med en herlig uteplass hvor det store bassenget har en sentral plass.
Huset passer godt både for barnefamilier og for oss over 60. Vi anbefaler Vila Videira på det varmeste.

Fint, stort, rent og velutstyrt hus. Vi var to familier med 4 voksne og 6 barn som hadde det helt topp! God plass til alle både inne og ute og nok solsenger til alle 10. Bra basseng. Fint at
supermarked ligger i gåavstand så man lett kan kjøpe ferske bakevarer til frokost.

Four girls who met in public school and their husbands set out for a vacation to Portugal and what we received was memories that will last the rest of our lives. Kari met us at the Vila and gave us a
thorough tutorial which made us feel welcome and at home. The Vila is close to everything - supermarket, restaurants, beaches, etc. The views from the Vila are stunning and the people in the area
were extremely friendly and accommodating to our group of eight. We were able to walk everywhere, so be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes. We highly recommend you make Vila Videira your home if
planning to stay in the Algarve.

Reviewed for a stay in August 2017
This is our 7th year holidaying in the Algarve and this is the best villa we have stayed in. On our arrival we were met by Olga who was very helpful and pleasant. It is most definitely a home from
home with everything that you need for a perfect week away. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the seating area outside is perfectly located for eating at any time of the day. The pool is
amazing, it is the first time that we have had a salt water pool but it really is so much better - no sore eyes from the chlorine. The villa was lovely and clean and the beds were extremely
comfortable.
The supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, has everything you need and is reasonably priced. There is a small beach about 10 minutes walk away with a larger beach with watersports etc slightly further
away but still walkable.
We visited the town, Armacao de Pera, a couple of times to eat - it is about 15 minutes walk. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes in the town and a lovely beach.
We would most definitely return to this villa in the future and would like to thank the owners for the opportunity to stay in their lovely home.

Vi var en familie på 6 voksne og 4 barn i alderen 3 til 13 år som ferierte i Vila Videira. Vi hadde et aldeles utmerket opphold der og sitter igjen med bare positive opplevelser, når vi nå er kommet
hjem til Nord Norge etter 2 fantastiske uker der.
Et flott og stort hus som var tilrettelagt på alle måter, for at så mange kunne feriere under samme tak, og uten å føle at man gikk oppå hverandre. Flotte soverom med egne bad, velutstyrt kjøkken og
stor stue. Hagen/uteområdet var kjempefint med mange muligheter. Bassenget var flittig brukt og ungene elsket og oppholde seg der. Beliggenheten var i et rolig område, med kort gangavstand til
supermarked, restauranter, strand og sentrum.
Vi hadde fått god informasjon på forhånd av huseier Kari Janne, og det var en hyggelig kontaktperson, Olga, som tok i mot oss ved ankomst og viste oss alt som vi trengte og vite i forhold til
huset.
Vi har virkelig hatt en fin ferie, og sender en stor takk for et flott opphold og utmerket service.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

I booked the Vila Videira to accommodate all my family of nine for a week's holiday in Armacao de Pera. The villa looks lovely in the pictures but good though they are, they do not do it justice. It
was all that we had hoped for and much, much more! It is in a peaceful area ten to fifteen minutes walk from Armacao and closer still to an Intermarche. The villa is not overlooked, has a lovely big
swimming pool and many places to sit around the outside to catch the sun, to eat on the table by the BBQ or to simply relax. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is exceptional and it really is a
welcoming home with no corners cut. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom immediately beside it and each of the other three bedrooms on the first floor has a full ensuite attached.
My youngest daughter has two young children and they slept on fold down beds in the master bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit with shutters over the doors and windows to keep the
property secure and cool in the summer. The property also has a huge basement / garage with a second fridge / freezer should the one in the kitchen get filled up. The owner, Kari, is lovely and
extremely helpful and gave comprehensive instructions for getting to and accessing the property. We were met there by Olga who showed us around and explained how everything worked and during the
week, the pool was serviced and the gardeners made a visit, neither of which was any inconvenience to us. The house alarm is simplicity itself to use. The free wifi worked well and the children were
kept amused when not swimming by watching Netflix on the big TV. In the lounge there is a very comfortable wrap around soft leather sofa and we made absolutely sure that no-one sat on it in wet
clothes. We enjoyed a lovely week there and I cannot praise it highly enough.

Holiday 20-27 August 2016. From the moment we enquired about booking this Villa we were met with a quick, friendly and helpful response from the owners. This continued until the last day of our
holiday at Villa Videira.
On arrival at Villa Videira we were met by Olga who was kind and very informative about the villa and our stay. We had many recommendations and information left by the owners as well as some lovely
wines.
Although the pictures of the Villa are lovely it was even better than we could have imagined. The pool area was the place my family of 6 spent most of their time swimming and sunbathing. The villa
has many different areas to sun yourself or escape to shade for cooling. The sun loungers were fantastic and the different areas we could sit and eat our meals.
Inside was more than amazing!
The bedrooms are spacious and all the bathrooms are modern clean with the joy of everyone having their own space.
We were lucky to see fireworks one evening from a local resort where we stood on the roof terrace and watched providing us with the best views.
The beautiful beaches were a short walk and the local town and shops kept us busy and we had some amazing food (places recommended by the owners).
We had a bbq many evenings including seafood we brought from the local market in town.
We were very impressed with all the villa provided such as cool bags, shopping bags, beach mats and umbrellas etc. Everything has been very well thought of in every area of the villa.
We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back to stay in Villa Videira again.
The owners Robert and Kari went above and beyond to provide us with everything we need for the perfect trip. We couldn't have wished for more!!

“It really was a 'Gem'”

We arrived late and the owner was there to meet us, she was lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. The villa was amazing, plenty of space for 2 families and very clean.
We spent our first day just sunbathing and having fun in the pool which was perfect. The supermarket is about a 10 min walk from the villa and was reasonably priced, there are also a few restaurants
just past the supermarket Indian, Italian, Portuguese, something to suit everybody. The beach is also a 10 min walk, and you can walk along the cliff tops to get to a busier beach with a couple of
restaurants which are good value for money. In town you can book your excursions, but if you have a lot of you i would recommend getting a taxi to your destination rather than using their transport
as it works out cheaper, but be aware to pre book and as they only have 10 drivers in Armacao de pera you may have to wait a little longer but the drivers are very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend the jeep safari and Slide and splash. This was my first time in Portugal and the first time I had taken my children abroad and they loved it, I could have spent all day
everyday just hanging around the villa, it was very peaceful and perfect for families but if you do want more adult fun you can get a bus or taxi into Albufeira which is about 6 miles from the
villa.
I will be going back there someday and would highly recommend staying at Vila Videira, we had no problems at all, the booking was easy and Kari was very helpful and kind x

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke ( uke 31) her. Vi var 6 voksne og 4 barn i alder 4 til 7 år. Vi kom til et hus hvor alt var tilrettelagt for at vi skulle ha en fin ferie. Alle, spesielt barna koste seg i
bassenget hver dag. Dette er et sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

De siste årene har vi (to familier - fire voksne, fem ungdom i alderen 13 - 16) feriert ulike steder i Europa, leid store villaer med basseng osv. Vi har nettopp kommet hjem til Nord-Norge etter to
fantastiske uker i Vila Videira. Vila Videira er uten tvil vår beste ferieerfaring til nå. Alle mann stortrivdes :)
Kort oppsummert: Stort og nydelig hus, god standard, pent innredet. Flotte soverom, gode senger, fine bad - ett til hvert soverom. Effektiv aircondition i alle soverom + stuen. Velutstyrt kjøkken.
Nydelig hage med flott basseng, utegrill, spiseplass. Flott beliggenhet, rolig område. Gangavstand til butikk, strand, og hyggelig bysentrum med flere restauranter. Badeland og stort kjøpesenter en
kort taxitur fra villaen. Vi brukte taxi ved flere anledninger under oppholdet (billig, og serviceinnstilte taxi-sjåfører). Ryddig og god dialog med huseier, samt hyggelig og serviceminded
kontaktperson på stedet.
Takk for oss. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

We were a family of 5. The purpose of the trip was a relaxing holiday together as a family. We had an excellent stay at Vila Videira. The house was beyond expectations with all facilities. The
outdoor pool area was very nice with sun all day. The area was also nice and quiet with some very nice beaches within a few minutes walk. We did really appreciate the stay and would be more than
happy to come back some time. Thank you for an excellent stay and follow up by the hostess.

Vi er svært fornøyd med oppholdet hos dere i Vila Videira i begynnelsen av juni 2016, - 6 voksne og 4 barn i alderen 9 mnd - 5 år. Huset fungerte utmerket, både inne og ute. Det er godt til rettelagt
for småbarnsfamilier.
Området ble utforsket av alle, med forskjellige behov som ble tilfredsstilt.
Det var første gang til Algarvekysten for de fleste, men vi drar gjerne tilbake senere.
All kommunikasjon og informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet var topp.

Hei!
Nå er vi tilbake på jobb etter ei kjempefin uke i Portugal i mai 2016.
Huset fungerte kjempefint for oss, med store gode soverom, god plass inne og det viktigste, at det var så fine uteplasser hvor vi kunne flytte rundt etter hvor solen var. Her kunne vi nyte en tidlig
kaffekopp, store lange frokoster ( vi hadde sen start på golfbanen), og to kvelder der vi laget egen middag hjemme. Til dette fungerte kjøkken og grillområde kjempefint.
Damene gikk lange turer og herrene fikk med seg fire golfrunder. To på Silves og to på Salgados. En dag kjørte vi ut til Sagres og områdene rundt.
Vi benyttet oss av restaurantene i nærområdet, og en kveld på en fiskerestaurant i Silves.
Som nordlendinger er jo været viktig når vi drar til sydligere strøk. Og det svarte til forventninger alle dager. Rundt 25 grader. Ikke for varmt hverken for turgåing eller golf.
Vi er alle sammen enige om at dette var noe vi kunne tenke oss å gjøre igjen. Så du skal ikke se bort fra at vi legger inn en bestilling på et senere tidspunkt.
Vi takker alle for et flott opphold i Vila Videira og kommer gjerne tilbake.
We have been staying in Vila Videira for a week as a family (two adults, four teenage children). The house is simply terrific - nice furniture, very pleasant swimming pool (with much privacy) and
garden with some beautiful fruit trees. The kitchen has everything one needs and it is great to have dinner outside with nice weather (BBQ available). The house is spacious and many details are well
thought through. The living room is large and has beautiful furniture. Communication with the owners is quick and pleasant.
The only small disadvantage we could mention is some construction work in the area while we were there, but this is of course not the responsibility of the owners. A beach is on walking distance and
there are many beautiful beaches in the area. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful house again in the future; the title 'secret gem at the Algarve' is appropriate!

The villa itself has lots of space for couples to have their own privacy and 4 bathrooms was a real help. There is an abundance of outside seating space which gives the villa a sense of privacy. There is a local beach about 10 mins walk away which is small and private and we loved going there. Only downside could be the lack of immediate amenities but 15 mins away is a supermarket and some restaurants. We decided to get a hire car in the end as we felt slightly isolated. Really, really good villa and would highly recommend.

7.-14. juli 2018 hadde vi gleden av å leie Vila Videira. Et herlig sted med kort avstand til supermarked, stor landsby og flotte strender.
Huset hadde alle nødvendige fasiliteter og selv om vi var 10 personer i huset, manglet vi ikke noe.
Vila Videira er et praktfullt hus med store, rene og luftige rom og med en herlig uteplass hvor det store bassenget har en sentral plass.
Huset passer godt både for barnefamilier og for oss over 60. Vi anbefaler Vila Videira på det varmeste.

Fint, stort, rent og velutstyrt hus. Vi var to familier med 4 voksne og 6 barn som hadde det helt topp! God plass til alle både inne og ute og nok solsenger til alle 10. Bra basseng. Fint at supermarked ligger i gåavstand så man lett kan kjøpe ferske bakevarer til frokost.

Four girls who met in public school and their husbands set out for a vacation to Portugal and what we received was memories that will last the rest of our lives. Kari met us at the Vila and gave us a thorough tutorial which made us feel welcome and at home. The Vila is close to everything - supermarket, restaurants, beaches, etc. The views from the Vila are stunning and the people in the area were extremely friendly and accommodating to our group of eight. We were able to walk everywhere, so be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes. We highly recommend you make Vila Videira your home if planning to stay in the Algarve.
Thank you Robert and Kari for allowing us to use your beautiful Vila. We all had a wonderful time and hope to see you again.

“Perfect villa in a lovely location”

This is our 7th year holidaying in the Algarve and this is the best villa we have stayed in. On our arrival we were met by Olga who was very helpful and pleasant. It is most definitely a home from home with everything that you need for a perfect week away. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the seating area outside is perfectly located for eating at any time of the day. The pool is amazing, it is the first time that we have had a salt water pool but it really is so much better - no sore eyes from the chlorine. The villa was lovely and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, has everything you need and is reasonably priced. There is a small beach about 10 minutes walk away with a larger beach with watersports etc slightly further away but still walkable.
We visited the town, Armacao de Pera, a couple of times to eat - it is about 15 minutes walk. There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes in the town and a lovely beach.
We would most definitely return to this villa in the future and would like to thank the owners for the opportunity to stay in their lovely home.

Vi var en familie på 6 voksne og 4 barn i alderen 3 til 13 år som ferierte i Vila Videira. Vi hadde et aldeles utmerket opphold der og sitter igjen med bare positive opplevelser, når vi nå er kommet hjem til Nord Norge etter 2 fantastiske uker der.
Et flott og stort hus som var tilrettelagt på alle måter, for at så mange kunne feriere under samme tak, og uten å føle at man gikk oppå hverandre. Flotte soverom med egne bad, velutstyrt kjøkken og stor stue. Hagen/uteområdet var kjempefint med mange muligheter. Bassenget var flittig brukt og ungene elsket og oppholde seg der. Beliggenheten var i et rolig område, med kort gangavstand til supermarked, restauranter, strand og sentrum.
Vi hadde fått god informasjon på forhånd av huseier Kari Janne, og det var en hyggelig kontaktperson, Olga, som tok i mot oss ved ankomst og viste oss alt som vi trengte og vite i forhold til huset.
Vi har virkelig hatt en fin ferie, og sender en stor takk for et flott opphold og utmerket service.
Vi kommer gjerne tilbake:)

I booked the Vila Videira to accommodate all my family of nine for a week's holiday in Armacao de Pera. The villa looks lovely in the pictures but good though they are, they do not do it justice. It was all that we had hoped for and much, much more! It is in a peaceful area ten to fifteen minutes walk from Armacao and closer still to an Intermarche. The villa is not overlooked, has a lovely big swimming pool and many places to sit around the outside to catch the sun, to eat on the table by the BBQ or to simply relax. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is exceptional and it really is a welcoming home with no corners cut. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom immediately beside it and each of the other three bedrooms on the first floor has a full ensuite attached. My youngest daughter has two young children and they slept on fold down beds in the master bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit with shutters over the doors and windows to keep the property secure and cool in the summer. The property also has a huge basement / garage with a second fridge / freezer should the one in the kitchen get filled up. The owner, Kari, is lovely and extremely helpful and gave comprehensive instructions for getting to and accessing the property. We were met there by Olga who showed us around and explained how everything worked and during the week, the pool was serviced and the gardeners made a visit, neither of which was any inconvenience to us. The house alarm is simplicity itself to use. The free wifi worked well and the children were kept amused when not swimming by watching Netflix on the big TV. In the lounge there is a very comfortable wrap around soft leather sofa and we made absolutely sure that no-one sat on it in wet clothes. We enjoyed a lovely week there and I cannot praise it highly enough.

A beautiful Villa catering for all your needs for the perfect holiday.

Holiday 20-27 August 2016. From the moment we enquired about booking this Villa we were met with a quick, friendly and helpful response from the owners. This continued until the last day of our holiday at Villa Videira.
On arrival at Villa Videira we were met by Olga who was kind and very informative about the villa and our stay. We had many recommendations and information left by the owners as well as some lovely wines.
Although the pictures of the Villa are lovely it was even better than we could have imagined. The pool area was the place my family of 6 spent most of their time swimming and sunbathing. The villa has many different areas to sun yourself or escape to shade for cooling. The sun loungers were fantastic and the different areas we could sit and eat our meals.
Inside was more than amazing!
The bedrooms are spacious and all the bathrooms are modern clean with the joy of everyone having their own space.
We were lucky to see fireworks one evening from a local resort where we stood on the roof terrace and watched providing us with the best views.
The beautiful beaches were a short walk and the local town and shops kept us busy and we had some amazing food (places recommended by the owners).
We had a bbq many evenings including seafood we brought from the local market in town.
We were very impressed with all the villa provided such as cool bags, shopping bags, beach mats and umbrellas etc. Everything has been very well thought of in every area of the villa.
We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be back to stay in Villa Videira again.
The owners Robert and Kari went above and beyond to provide us with everything we need for the perfect trip. We couldn't have wished for more!!

“It really was a 'Gem'”

We arrived late and the owner was there to meet us, she was lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. The villa was amazing, plenty of space for 2 families and very clean.
We spent our first day just sunbathing and having fun in the pool which was perfect. The supermarket is about a 10 min walk from the villa and was reasonably priced, there are also a few restaurants just past the supermarket Indian, Italian, Portuguese, something to suit everybody. The beach is also a 10 min walk, and you can walk along the cliff tops to get to a busier beach with a couple of restaurants which are good value for money. In town you can book your excursions, but if you have a lot of you i would recommend getting a taxi to your destination rather than using their transport as it works out cheaper, but be aware to pre book and as they only have 10 drivers in Armacao de pera you may have to wait a little longer but the drivers are very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend the jeep safari and Slide and splash. This was my first time in Portugal and the first time I had taken my children abroad and they loved it, I could have spent all day everyday just hanging around the villa, it was very peaceful and perfect for families but if you do want more adult fun you can get a bus or taxi into Albufeira which is about 6 miles from the villa.
I will be going back there someday and would highly recommend staying at Vila Videira, we had no problems at all, the booking was easy and Kari was very helpful and kind x

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke ( uke 31) her. Vi var 6 voksne og 4 barn i alder 4 til 7 år. Vi kom til et hus hvor alt var tilrettelagt for at vi skulle ha en fin ferie. Alle, spesielt barna koste seg i bassenget hver dag. Dette er et sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

De siste årene har vi (to familier - fire voksne, fem ungdom i alderen 13 - 16) feriert ulike steder i Europa, leid store villaer med basseng osv. Vi har nettopp kommet hjem til Nord-Norge etter to fantastiske uker i Vila Videira. Vila Videira er uten tvil vår beste ferieerfaring til nå. Alle mann stortrivdes :)
Kort oppsummert: Stort og nydelig hus, god standard, pent innredet. Flotte soverom, gode senger, fine bad - ett til hvert soverom. Effektiv aircondition i alle soverom + stuen. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Nydelig hage med flott basseng, utegrill, spiseplass. Flott beliggenhet, rolig område. Gangavstand til butikk, strand, og hyggelig bysentrum med flere restauranter. Badeland og stort kjøpesenter en kort taxitur fra villaen. Vi brukte taxi ved flere anledninger under oppholdet (billig, og serviceinnstilte taxi-sjåfører). Ryddig og god dialog med huseier, samt hyggelig og serviceminded kontaktperson på stedet.
Takk for oss. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

We were a family of 5. The purpose of the trip was a relaxing holiday together as a family. We had an excellent stay at Vila Videira. The house was beyond expectations with all facilities. The outdoor pool area was very nice with sun all day. The area was also nice and quiet with some very nice beaches within a few minutes walk. We did really appreciate the stay and would be more than happy to come back some time. Thank you for an excellent stay and follow up by the hostess.

Vi er svært fornøyd med oppholdet hos dere i Vila Videira i begynnelsen av juni 2016, - 6 voksne og 4 barn i alderen 9 mnd - 5 år. Huset fungerte utmerket, både inne og ute. Det er godt til rettelagt for småbarnsfamilier.
Området ble utforsket av alle, med forskjellige behov som ble tilfredsstilt.
Det var første gang til Algarvekysten for de fleste, men vi drar gjerne tilbake senere.
All kommunikasjon og informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet var topp.
Takk for et flott opphold og utmerket service.

Hei!
Nå er vi tilbake på jobb etter ei kjempefin uke i Portugal i mai 2016.
Huset fungerte kjempefint for oss, med store gode soverom, god plass inne og det viktigste, at det var så fine uteplasser hvor vi kunne flytte rundt etter hvor solen var. Her kunne vi nyte en tidlig kaffekopp, store lange frokoster ( vi hadde sen start på golfbanen), og to kvelder der vi laget egen middag hjemme. Til dette fungerte kjøkken og grillområde kjempefint.
Damene gikk lange turer og herrene fikk med seg fire golfrunder. To på Silves og to på Salgados. En dag kjørte vi ut til Sagres og områdene rundt.
Vi benyttet oss av restaurantene i nærområdet, og en kveld på en fiskerestaurant i Silves.
Som nordlendinger er jo været viktig når vi drar til sydligere strøk. Og det svarte til forventninger alle dager. Rundt 25 grader. Ikke for varmt hverken for turgåing eller golf.
Vi er alle sammen enige om at dette var noe vi kunne tenke oss å gjøre igjen. Så du skal ikke se bort fra at vi legger inn en bestilling på et senere tidspunkt.
Vi takker alle for et flott opphold i Vila Videira og kommer gjerne tilbake.

We have been staying in Vila Videira for a week as a family (two adults, four teenage children). The house is simply terrific - nice furniture, very pleasant swimming pool (with much privacy) and garden with some beautiful fruit trees. The kitchen has everything one needs and it is great to have dinner outside with nice weather (BBQ available). The house is spacious and many details are well thought through. The living room is large and has beautiful furniture. Communication with the owners is quick and pleasant.
The only small disadvantage we could mention is some construction work in the area while we were there, but this is of course not the responsibility of the owners. A beach is on walking distance and there are many beautiful beaches in the area. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful house again in the future; the title 'secret gem at the Algarve' is appropriate!
