• When rented 10 days or more, an additional cleaning and change of linens and towels will be provided.

Please notice:

• minimum rental period: High-Season 7 days, other 4 days* 
• Vila Videira has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 10 person, maximum 8 adults + additionally 2 babies/children possible
• 2 additional beds for babies/children/adolescences possible in 2 of the bedrooms
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the holiday accommodation
• No pets are permitted

Terms of payment:

• A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking
• The remainder to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
• Damage deposit of 400€ prior to arrival 
• To be paid by PayPal or bank transfer

 Terms of cancellation:

• If the booking is cancelled at least 31 days prior to arrival you lose only the 30% deposit. 
• If the booking is cancelled within the 30 day period prior to arrival, we charge 85% of the booking amount.

We recommend our guests to sign a cancellation insurance, there are various available on the internet!
